Sansevero Chapel
The Sansevero Chapel is a showcase of Rococo art and symbolism. Apart from the Veiled Christ, you’ll see other remarkable sculptures like Modesty and Disillusion. The tour also includes a look at the Anatomical Machines—two preserved skeletons with detailed circulatory systems located in an underground chamber accessible via a narrow and steep staircase. As you explore, your guide will reveal the stories of Prince Raimondo di Sangro of Sansevero, the visionary behind this extraordinary place.

The chapel is not fully wheelchair accessible. A narrow spiral staircase leading to a room comprising the anatomical models is not ideal for the disabled.
