Das Ticket kam per WhatsApp ,das war das richtige für die einlasskontrolle. Der QR Code der Email reicht nicht. Aufioguide muss selbst runterladen werden.. geht auch im Museum, allerdings fand ich das etwas kompliziert. Und habe mir den Audio Guide im Museum gekauft. Doch nur wenige der Stücke welche mich interessiert haben, hatten auch eine Erläuterung. Insgesamt wenig Zeichen für Audio Erklärungen und diese passten irgendwie auch nicht. Meine Freundin sagte die Erläuterungen vom Headout Guide wären sehr gut, allerdings muss man viel rumsuchen um zu finden . Die Stücke scheinen umgeräumt worden zu sein. Ticket top, Audio Guide nicht nötig

Showed our advanced tickets. Let us in immediately. Had a beautiful day enjoying all the exhibits and information. I was in awe of the artifacts: glassware, furniture, jewelry. Amazing how so much of what we have today looks the same. I am so glad we went before we toured Pompeii and Herculeum. Thank you so much. Susan and Steve

Size of the facility impressive, but is needed as some of the statuary is huge. A much better, more readable paper map (&/or posted throughout) would be a big help. Map on phone not adequate. Try to figure out what is most important for you to see. See those things, then enjoy wandering. Generally a relaxing area, with indoor courtyards

It was straight forward entry we had a quick bite to eat opposite at a vegan restaurant which prepared us. Then gently walked over. The magnitude of the place and number of exhibits is astonishing. You need a good plan of the building. Guide online was difficult to follow

Con i biglietti prepagati risparmi un sacco di tempo. Purtroppo parte del primo piano ( i famosi mosaici ) era chiusa per lavori. Ma tutto il resto è stato veramente emozionante. Grazie

Accès facile près de la station de métro. Pas d'attente pour rentrer au musée. De préférence prendre un audio guide ou au mieux une visite guidée si disponible dans votre langue.

We were able to skip the line which left us more time to explore. We had visited Pompeii and Herculaneum the day before. Seeing the Pompeii and Herculaneum artifacts gave us a full picture of life there!
