First of all, the actual tour was excellent. Vicenza was a superb, knowledgeable and delightful guide who taught us a great deal and navigated round the Vatican Museums with skill. We even had a reunion when we met her when she was with another group at the Forum. The reason for not giving a better review was that the instructions provided to meet the guide were wrong and sent us to the wrong address. As a result, wenearly missed the tour-we only made it, slightly late because of some helpful staff at the wrong location, some running (on a hot day!) and a text from the company that gave a phone number which was answered on the third attempt. Headout really need to update their joining information-not least because the tour itself and the guide, were so good.

The guide was okay. You can't really dig deep with a group. But the group size was larger than "up to 8" as advertised. It was more like 12-14. Over all, it was fine.
