We were welcomed into the office to check in and meet our tour group. Everything was very organized. Our tour group leader was Agnese and she was fantastic. We were a party of 2 but our total group was 7, 2 were young boys, and she did a great job with all the different ages. Agnese had tons of knowledge and gave us a good explanation of what were we're going to see before we got to that section. She was very conscience of the heat and made sure to keep us in the shade as much as possible and we moved at a perfect pace. In addition to the great education, skipping all the lines and using the back stairs, was worth the price of the tour itself!!

We could never have navigated these busy sites without our expert guide - it was unbelievably busy and hot in high summer but the tour guide did a fantastic job of making it enjoyable and informative. I am a history buff and the guide managed to make some interesting points i hadn't considered about the exhibits whilst keeping us all together and navigating everything. Would definitely book this tour guide and this company again for other things. We're very glad we booked this tour.

The process of getting in to the Vatican once we picked up our ticket, was very easy. Our guide - and I apologize for not recalling the name, was very knowledgeable, shared fun details as well as little known facts and made the whole experience very memorable. Yes, the crowds were there, however a good guide - which we had, knows how to navigate them and still allow us to have a thorough look at the highlights. This was the highlight of our trip!

Amazing experience and well worth the extra money to skip the queue. Special shout out to our guide at the meeting point from Headout. We had made a large group booking and then added an extra person through a separate booking later. The extra person was actually booked in a different tour group but the team on the ground made a quick call and sorted it out so we could all stay together. You made our day so grazie!!!

In a sea of thousands of tourists, this was a great way to visit The Vatican:. Easy to find location start, clear and consice communication throughout the entire tour. We never felt rushed! And, the ease of going through security and navigating the lines was made easy. Definitely book this tour!! Our guide was extremely knowledgeabl. Highly recommend!

Take a guided tour of the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel and gaze at Michelangelo's vibrant murals of biblical heavens.

Let your guide take you through the Catacomb's eerie tunnels with skulls and bones of the buried, peeking through the walls, created by Roman Christians 2000 years ago.

Step into Hadrian's Mausoleum and be greeted by the cylindrical building topped by a golden quadriga that later turned into a prison.

Wander through the Castel Gandolfo where colorful houses hug the shores of the serene Lake Albano and the papal palace stands as a historic centerpiece.

Fun fact: Some catacombs were used as secret meeting places during times of religious persecution, to hide from the Roman authorities!

Booking through Headout made the visit very smooth. Even though the entrance line was very long and crowded, our reserved tickets allowed us to enter almost immediately without waiting. It saved us a lot of time and made the experience much more enjoyable. Highly recommended !

Castel Sant'Angelo

Head on to the Papal Villas of Apolistic Palace and admire the halls decked with tapestries depicting scenes from the Bible, as the portraits of past popes adorn the walls, their faces gazing down with a sense of wisdom and authority.
