Group예약 확인지난주4/5Fabulous place to visit & definitely worth getting fast track tickets. We were met by a rep from Vivicos travel who was a delight. She was friendly, chatty and so welcoming. She walked us to the entrance of the vatican from their offices and took us right through the checkpoints to the desk inside where we met out guide (can't remember her name, but i know she was from the Philippines, so good at her job). I only wish our guide was as pleasant! She was quite moody & was obviously having a bad day as one of her colleagues hadnt turned up to work. She walked off quickly to.start the tour but i realised nobody could hear her anymore. When I told her she just snapped back & said 'I already asked if you could all hear me'. She didnt actually have her microphone attached so it was totally her fault, but no apology. One lady mentioned she still had problems with her earpiece but was met with a response of 'its not my fault'. That lady eventually left the group. I felt the tour was quite rushed in places, her accent was very strong and she spoke very fast. I spend £400 for an English speaking tour for 4 adults, wish I hadnt bothered with the guide and just made our own way around. That said, it is an amazing place to visit. So glad I booked fast track tickets separately for the basilica without a guide as we took our time and thoroughly enjoyed it as it is absolutely breathtaking. The walk to the domb isn't for the faint hearted, especially with temps in the high 30s, but SO worth it for the views. Great place to visit, but I'd definitely ditch the guided tour and take your time.MMiroslav M
Couple예약 확인2주 전5/5We selected guided visit of the Basilica in English. Our guide picked up us at the coffee bar with sun umbrellas and we could take a rest in a shadow before a visit. It was 35 degrees on sun. Our guide was excellent story teller and told us a lot of exciting information. Visit lasted 1,5 hour and was very interested. All questions were answered and we were also acompanied to the elevator for the Dome visit. Dome visit worths en effort to take 220 steps to see picturesque views of the whole Roma not only Vaticano. It was fantastic!MMalin D

Man hat gemerkt, dass sie selbst begeistert ist von dem was sie erzählt und hat uns auch oft auf die kleinen Details aufmerksam gemacht. Es war sehr sehr warm, daher haben wir vorher alle eine kleine Wasserflasche kostenlos bekommen und wurden auch während der Tour gefragt, ob alles okay ist. Nach der Tournkonntwn wir noch so lange in den Vatikanischen Museen bleiben wie wir wollten.LLena P

As soon as we got into the museum (we passed the security check very easy) we were directed to take the audio and the tour guide was waiting for us by the desk. The tour started immediately. Our tour guide Dora, was very kind, well explanatory and with very good use of English language.KKosa M

Our guide - and I apologize for not recalling the name, was very knowledgeable, shared fun details as well as little known facts and made the whole experience very memorable. Yes, the crowds were there, however a good guide - which we had, knows how to navigate them and still allow us to have a thorough look at the highlights. This was the highlight of our trip!
