Avevamo già provato il giorno prima ad entrare ai Musei Vaticani senza biglietto prenotato, ma abbiamo desistito dopo un pò perché la coda era troppo lunga e il caldo era insopportabile. Nel sito ufficiale dei Musei Vaticani, dopo vari tentativi, non siamo riusciti a prenotare. Guardando nel web ci siamo imbattuti in Headout e con grande facilità siamo riusciti a prenotare per l'indomani. L'hostess ci ha accompagnati all'ingresso dei Musei, fornendoci le informazioni più importanti per l'accesso. Siamo felici di aver potuto visitare i Musei, ne è valsa veramente la pena, e durante il percorso ci siamo più volte ripetuti che senza Headout non ce l'avremo mai fatta. Consiglio vivamente questa agenzia.

Die Fahrt mit dem kleinen Bus durch die Vatikanischen Gärten war ein einzigartiges Erlebnis! Der anschließende Besuch der Museen gehörte für uns dazu... da wir nicht in einer Gruppe waren hatten wir Zeit um das zu sehen, was uns wichtig war! Befremdlich war das " Durchschleusen " in der Sixtinischen Kapelle .....wir hatten weder die Zeit noch den Platz um uns zumindest einen kleinen Überblick zu verschaffen! Vermutlich ist es bei so vielen Interessierten nicht anders möglich......

O kalabalık Vatikan müzesi ve Sistinye Şapeli sıraaını beklemeden hızlı giriş için harika bir seçenek oldu. Hayatımın verilmiş en doğru parası idi diyebilirim. Karekod ile hızlı biletleme ve turist officeden bir görevli eşliğinde son kapı geçişinide kadar eşlik edilerek direk kendimizi müzede bulduk. Tahminen 2-3 saat süre ve enerji kazandık. Tavsiye ederim.

Before I have only seen them in YouTube videos, Facebook and other social medias and now I that I have visited and seen them in person, I was blown away of how detailed and beautiful they are. I loved that they preserved the all the historical paintings, statues and murals in the best condition. I absolutely agree that Michael Angelo is a genius.

Fue muy fácil, rápido y seguro mi experiencia con headout. Fuera del Museo hay una oficina de guías turísticos y allí presentas tu ticket de headout, enseguida te explican todo y te llevan luego a la entrada sin filas acompañados por el guía que te deja justo dentro del museo para que luego tu sigas a tu marcha

Der begleitete Einlass war das Geld echt wert und wir waren sehr froh nicht in der normalen Schlange stehen zu müssen. Dass man dann quasi durchs Museum geschoben wird, dafür kann der Veranstalter Nix 🤣, ist aber auch mal ein Erlebnis und beeindruckend war es in jedem Fall.

E-mail de confirmação com todas informações necessárias para retirada do voucher que é num ponto em frente à entrada do Museu do Vaticano. Ao chegar, imediatamente recebi, sem filas, o ingresso impresso e fui acompanhada por um funcionário até a inspeção já no interior do museu! Reservé el viaje a Roma a última hora y conseguí todas las entradas juntas en un paquete, lo que me facilitó bastante ya que no encontraba disponibilidad en otras webs. La experiencia muy buena, en el punto de encuentro te da la documentación necesaria y haces la visita (en nuestro caso), a nuestro aire.

The employee were so nice and we got all the needed information. Even when came late to the Panteon which the tickets were included in the Vatican's combo, they gave us the entrance tickets and we were able to get in the Panteon 3 hours later

Honestly I picked a good time when it was not too crowded and the organisers were extremely helpful too. I was a little scared hearing everyone's stories but skip the line tickets are the best lol and everything was convenient.

When in Sistine Chapel, silence is mandatory and photography is prohibited. Guides will provide all necessary and interesting details before entry.

Luggage and/or large bags are not allowed inside the venue. You may drop off your bags with the free cloakroom service.

Pets and other small animals are not allowed in the venue.

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

This type of visit cannot be booked online—tickets are issued in person at the Special Permits and/or Reception desks in the museum hall upon presentation of a certificate of invalidity. The Vatican Museums offer free wheelchair hire and free entry for visitors with mobility impairments (certified invalidity exceeding 74%) and a companion if required. Names are mandatory for all the bookings. Double check the names at check out for a hassle-free entry and be sure to bring a valid Photo ID with you to gain entry.

The entrance to the Museums is timed. Be sure to select your activity starting time when booking. Once inside the Museums, you will be free to explore at your own pace.

If you've chosen the Vatican Gardens open-bus tour, your visit will begin with the garden tour, followed by entry into the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. The multilingual audio guide is available during the garden tour only—not for the museum and chapel visit.

Please note that the Vatican reserves the right to close the Sistine Chapel at short notice for institutional events.

Although not included in these tickets, access to St. Peter's Basilica is free. Please expect long waiting times during peak season for both, the Sistine Chapel and St Peter's Basilica.

If you’ve opted for hosted entry, keep in mind that the host is not a guide—they’re simply there to assist and escort you through the entry process.

While this experience offers skip-the-line access, you will still need to go through a mandatory security check. This cannot be skipped and may take additional time during peak hours or seasons.
