Georgia was brilliant with us and very informative. She made the whole tour very relaxed and interesting and answered all the questions we had. She also took care afterwards to help the whole group of different families to decide where they wished to go next. This tour was the highlight of our Rome trip

We were welcomed into the office to check in and meet our tour group. Everything was very organized. Our tour group leader was Agnese and she was fantastic. We were a party of 2 but our total group was 7, 2 were young boys, and she did a great job with all the different ages. Agnese had tons of knowledge and gave us a good explanation of what were we're going to see before we got to that section. She was very conscience of the heat and made sure to keep us in the shade as much as possible and we moved at a perfect pace. In addition to the great education, skipping all the lines and using the back stairs, was worth the price of the tour itself!!

We could never have navigated these busy sites without our expert guide - it was unbelievably busy and hot in high summer but the tour guide did a fantastic job of making it enjoyable and informative. I am a history buff and the guide managed to make some interesting points i hadn't considered about the exhibits whilst keeping us all together and navigating everything. Would definitely book this tour guide and this company again for other things. We're very glad we booked this tour.

The process of getting in to the Vatican once we picked up our ticket, was very easy. Our guide - and I apologize for not recalling the name, was very knowledgeable, shared fun details as well as little known facts and made the whole experience very memorable. Yes, the crowds were there, however a good guide - which we had, knows how to navigate them and still allow us to have a thorough look at the highlights. This was the highlight of our trip!

Amazing experience and well worth the extra money to skip the queue. Special shout out to our guide at the meeting point from Headout. We had made a large group booking and then added an extra person through a separate booking later. The extra person was actually booked in a different tour group but the team on the ground made a quick call and sorted it out so we could all stay together. You made our day so grazie!!!

The tour guide was amazing. For the fact my daughter got heat stroke at the beginning and was super attentive. He check in on us and gave our tickets to go in when she recovered. For me seeing this Francis bacon and this other work which I forgot to find out who the artist was. I loved the shadow play on the wall.

The guide was very knowledgeable and allowed plenty of time to see the sights. Gave us tips on how to get the best pictures. Allowed time for restroom and water breaks. We had a great experience!

We had a group of 2 adults and 3 adult children. The guide, Roberta, was absolutely amazing. She was able to circumvent the lines and long waits to be able to see the most important parts of the Vatican and Sistine Chapel. I would 100% recommend this tour! We loved it!

Maravilhosa e surpreendente experiência. Estávamos em 8 pessoas e esse foi o melhor passeio que fizemos em Roma. O Museu do Vaticano nos surpreendeu muito positivamente. O trabalho do Tradutor também ajudou demais... Recomendo de olhos fechados!!!

When in Sistine Chapel, silence is mandatory and photography is prohibited. Guides will provide all necessary and interesting details before entry.

Photography and the use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited in the Sistine Chapel.

Power banks are strictly prohibited inside the venue.

Pets and other small animals are not allowed in the venue, with the exception of guide dogs.

This experience is not accessible by wheelchair and pram/strollers.

While the tour is not accessible, the Vatican Museums offer free tickets for visitors with mobility impairments (certified invalidity exceeding 74%) and a companion.

Please note: All guests must pass through airport-style security. During high season and peak hours, the wait time at the security check may be up to 30 minutes.
