What to bring

Universal Studios Singapore

• Bring your mobile ticket and be ready to present your unique QR code at the entrance.

• Keep your Universal Express E-Pass available for verification at the participating ride.

• Bring your wristband after redeeming it at the USS Guest Services Window or USS Guest Services Lobby for access to priority entry and reserved viewing areas at participating shows.

Singapore Oceanarium

• Bring your mobile ticket and be ready to present your unique QR code at the entrance.

• Keep your admission ticket and obtain a re-entry handstamp if you plan to re-enter Singapore Oceanarium on the same day.

What’s not allowed

Universal Studios Singapore

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the park.

• Universal Express access is not valid at Magic Potion Spin, Canopy Flyer, Treasure Hunters, Ready, Set, Rescue!, the front row on Battlestar Galactica: Human vs. Cylon, and other selected attractions.

• Re-entry is not permitted with this admission ticket.

Singapore Oceanarium

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the attraction.

• Re-entry is permitted only on the same date of visit, with a re-entry handstamp and your admission ticket.

Additional information

• Tickets are valid only on the specified visit date and are non-cancellable and non-refundable, including in cases of inclement weather.

• Priority entry is available once per show at 4-D Shrek Adventure, Donkey LIVE, Waterworld, and Trolls Hug Time Jubilee.

• Reserved viewing for Universal Jingle Jam and fireworks is available on selected days. Standing room is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with entry permitted 30 minutes before showtime.

• Wristbands must be redeemed at the USS Guest Services Window or USS Guest Services Lobby and presented for verification at participating shows.

• Adult tickets apply to guests aged 13 and above. Child tickets apply to guests aged 4 to 12.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
• Please check your final voucher for the starting point details & specific instructions.
