Getting started

Head to Universal Studios Singapore at Resorts World Sentosa and show your mobile voucher. If you’ve booked the Express Pass, remember that it is valid only with a separate Universal Studios Singapore admission ticket. During the first two operating hours, use the dedicated priority entry lane for faster park access. Guests with the 1-Day Ticket + Express Pass can enter with their included admission, while VIP Tour guests should meet their English-speaking guide at the designated meeting point before the experience starts.

What to bring

Carry a spare set of clothes as some attractions may get you wet. Most restrooms include changing facilities.

What's not allowed

Photography and videography are prohibited while experiencing the attractions.

Pets are not permitted inside the park, except for service animals.

Costumes and full-face masks are not permitted inside the park.

Re-entry is not permitted.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed, except baby food, formula, and food for guests with special dietary requirements. Bags will be checked at the entrance.

Accessibility

The experience is accessible by prams/strollers and wheelchairs.

Stroller and wheelchair rentals are available near the park entrance for a fee and can only be used within Universal Studios Singapore.

All restaurants, stores, toilets, lockers, and common areas are wheelchair accessible.
