Sydney for art & culture lovers

Classy, elegant, funny, romantic and a bit silly, this production of the Merry Widow held me enraptured from overture to finale. The 1920s costumes and the art deco style settings were perfectly suited to Lehar's funny, charming and slightly naughty operetta.

The Archibald, Sulman and Wynne exhibition never disappoints. Loved the Packing Prize. It was my absolute favourite. The artistic children excelled and I love coming to see what they do each year. It is artwork full of love. I will be back next year.

It was a wonderful experience. I had seen his work in Mexico a couple of years ago and remembered how striking it is. This time, I enjoyed reading what they wrote about each piece… the mother with the baby really moved me, the bald, grumpy man is very expressive, and well, the pregnant woman is spectacular. I can't help but acknowledge how beautiful the art gallery is for exhibiting this work. It was a great Sunday!

That's my 13th Cirque du Soleil show from Australia to Las Vegas. The show was awesome , the costumes , music and acts. But a lot of the similar. Still wonderful but would love to see something that just blows my mind.
