The show was intriguing, and it was a nice story. The kids were intrigued by the lights, bird, fireworks. It was entrancing, even my husband (who is hard to inpress) says it was the highlight of our day and maybe our whole trip.

It was an exclusive capsule to ourselves and staff were extremely professional and courteous and polite. Made our "flight" special. The chocolates were special touch with the Singapore sling. Highly recommended.

I always stay at the ambassador and I really like your service. The food is great and your people are very welcoming. My only suggestion would be that in the showers you should also provide a shower mat because it feels a little unhygienic standing on the tiles.

Lounge staff, facilities and food selection is very good. However I consider uncontrolled children should not be allowed within these facilities. I consider the lounge staff should be be able to ask parents to take better responsibility.
