Getting started
Arrive at the venue at your selected time slot. Show your mobile ticket and valid ID at the entrance. Expect a quick security check and smooth entry at both locations.

Children aged 2–10 require a child ticket, guests 11 and above are charged as adults, and infants under 2 can enter free of charge at Green Planet Dubai.

Large bags, shopping bags, and strollers must be kept in lockers near the entrance of the View at the Palm.

Please arrive 30 minutes before the your selected slot.

At the View at the Palm, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit.

Please enter at the time slot you have booked. You can not enter during prime hours with a non-prime hour ticket. Level 52 access only at View at the Palm and valid during non-prime hours (Daily, 9am to 4:30pm & 7:30pm).

The ticket is valid for 7 days from the first usage and can be used at either Green Planet or The View at the Palm first.
