Staff were friendly, efficient and professional. This was a pleasant experience as everyone was just so welcoming. What I didnt expect was to be absolutely blown away from the first light installation. Collectively, my husband and young teen and I in unison said "praise be to God" - we were utterly blown away in awe. I cant begin to convey what a wonderful and magical experience this was. I would go again the next time I am in the country. I highly recommend to anyone to go. Absolutely awesome inspiring.

I recently visited teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi, and honestly, it was such a cool experience. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you’ve stepped into another world. The lights, colours, and interactive art pieces are super impressive and really fun to explore. Every room has its own vibe — some calm and relaxing, others bright and energetic. The way the artwork reacts to you as you move around makes the whole place feel alive. It’s the kind of spot where you keep saying “wow” without even realizing it. The place is well-organised, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a great outing whether you’re going with friends, family, or even solo. If you enjoy unique experiences or just want something different to do in Abu Dhabi, I’d definitely recommend checking it out. A very memorable and worthy experience!

The best thing about the exhibits was the level of interaction and participation. We especially enjoyed the Graffiti Room, the Bicosmos and the Water room! Will visit again for sure!

Getting started

Arrive early to explore the exhibits at your own pace. Show your ticket at the entrance for check-in assistance from the staff. Before starting your visit, you can stop by the on-site café for snacks and refreshments.

What to expect

What to bring

Valid photo ID: Especially for adult-only Art Undistracted hours (18+ only).

Booking confirmation/ticket: Printed or digital, recommended to book online in advance.

Comfortable attire: Wear practical clothing and supportive shoes. High heels are not allowed. Some exhibits involve water, so consider clothes you can fold up to your knees or bring a change of attire for children.

Camera/phone: Photography and short videos are permitted for personal use only (no flash, tripods, selfie sticks, or commercial equipment).

Water bottle: Staying hydrated is recommended, as visits may last several hours.

What's not allowed

Guests under 18: Not permitted during Art Undistracted from Mondays to Thursdays, 6pm-10pm (Last entry for guests under 18 years is 4:30pm)

Outside food and drink: Only food and drinks purchased inside allowed.

Large bags/luggage: Free lockers available for storing personal items. Strollers are not permitted inside, and storage space is limited.

Smoking or vaping: Prohibited throughout the premises (including outdoor areas).

Tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, flashlights: Not permitted in exhibition areas, including for photography.

For-profit/commercial photography or filming without prior written consent.

Pets: Not allowed, except registered service animals.

"Art Undistracted" is an exclusive 18+ experience at teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi. Government-issued photo ID is required for age verification. Sessions run from Mondays to Thursdays from 6pm to 10pm, with last entry at 8pm. Last entry for guests under 18 years is 4:30pm.

Adults-only entrance: During designated Art Undistracted timeslots.

Food & beverage: Café available; only food/drink purchased inside is permitted.

Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Children’s facilities: Nursing room and changing facilities provided; strollers should be left in cars.

Open-dated tickets: You can visit on any day. However, you’ll need to select a time slot before your visit. Instructions on how to do this will be shared after your booking is confirmed.

Fixed-dated & timed tickets: No additional reservation is required—your selected date and time are already confirmed at the time of booking.

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

Please arrive at the redemption point 15 mins before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
