I opted for the premium offering and it was a wonderfully relaxing morning. The attitude of the staff at the top floor who were serving good and drink was pretty awful and the person in the sauna was obnoxious. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience.

We throughly enjoyed our day at the spa after a day of travel. The VIP lounge was very relaxing. I would recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Budapest.

Always wanted to visit these baths. Booking process was easy and made the various options clear. Baths themselves were wonderful - as expected. Were very busy so we were glad we'd booked the "dayspa" option which let us get away from the crowd for a while.

A group oh three of us visited during our girly weekend to Budapest and had the best experience! So many different thermal pools to try and the palm spa was just wonderful, just like a tropical paradise!! We will return!

We did the vip ticket and the upper bar area was amazing, cool and peaceful and staff super attentive, the pools were all amazing and the whirlpool outside was such fun! We had an amazing day all around

The building's are beautiful. The baths and sauna nice. A little crowded. Unfortunately the outdoor thermal bath was closed

This was my favorite part of Budapest!! The pools helped my husbands back tremendously!! He was able to enyoy the rest of his vacation pain free.
