The ship is very nice and nostalgic. The band was great as well. The organization of the brunch was a little unorganized. Some of the food was cold due to burners not being in use. It's hard to hear the captains narration while in the dining area as well. During the cruise there isn't much to see but a bunch of abandoned warehouses and only a few good historical sites.

We had a great time. Brunch was excellent and so was the staff. I would have given it a 5 star rating but somebody didn't show up for work and the gift shop was not open. Nobody seemed to be aware either.

Due to varying bookings and private events, the Steamboat NATCHEZ may be replaced by the Riverboat CITY of NEW ORLEANS, which will operate on an alternating schedule until March 2026. Boarding starts 30 minutes before departure, so get there early for a relaxed check-in.
