Accessibility

St. Mark’s Basilica

• The basilica is mostly wheelchair accessible, with dedicated entrances, ramps, and lifts.

• The Loggia dei Cavalli Terrace is not wheelchair accessible due to steep and uneven terrain.

St. Mark’s Bell Tower

• The Campanile is wheelchair and stroller accessible, with an elevator to the top.

• Tour duration is approximately 1.5 hours.

• Group size is limited to a maximum of 20 guests.

• Your tickets include skip-the-line entry, though a brief wait at security may still be required.

• The final Bell Tower entry is at 4:30pm.

• To best appreciate the mosaics, visit St. Mark’s Basilica between 11:30am and 12:45pm on weekdays or during liturgical celebrations on Sundays and holidays, when it is specially illuminated.
