Getting started

Arrive at AJ Hackett Skypark Cairns and check in for your scheduled Giant Swing experience. After a safety briefing and harness fitting, your instructor will prepare you for either your solo ride or shared swing before you head to the launch platform.

What to expect

• Australia's only Giant Swing: Take on one of Australia's most thrilling rides on the country's only Giant Swing. Choose the Solo Giant Swing for an individual adrenaline rush, or the Family Giant Swing to experience the swing together with up to two other participants.

• An unforgettable freefall: Drop 45 metres before accelerating from 0 to 120km/h in just 3.5 seconds, then soar high above the rainforest in a giant pendulum swing.

• Rainforest and coastal views: Enjoy panoramic views of the World Heritage rainforest, surrounding hills, and glimpses of the coastline before launching into your swing.
