Arrive at the simulator area near the Singapore Flyer’s main entrance, where your session begins with a quick check-in. A professional instructor will greet you, provide a safety briefing, and introduce you to the cockpit controls before your flight simulation starts.

Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.

Large bags, suitcases, and bulky items are not allowed inside the experience area.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session to allow for check-in and a safety briefing.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
