La experiencia fue perfecta. La guía fue muy amable y la explicación en el volcan estuvo muy bien. El único problema fue el tema de la recogida, no nos dieron la información hasta que llamamos tres veces. Luego no nos dieron información concreta de donde nos iban a recoger y nos dieron dos horas distintas por lo que casi perdemos el bus.

We booked a guided tour of the volcano, a visit of an island and hot springs. We were told less than 24h before that these activities were cancelled and replaced by a bbq catamaran cruise! Completely different from what we booked and no refund possible. The cruise was very annoying, we couldn't move to the front of the catamaran, couldn't go on top deck! All in all a very bad experience I certainly would not recommend
