Fabulous trip from Westminster to Greenwich yesterday, 21st April. The boat was sleek, spacious and comfortable as we slid along rhe Thames. The Chap giving the talk was knowledgeable, informative, friendly and funny, with just the right amount of chat that made the journey a pleasure rather than a school history lesson! What a delight to hear Big Ben chime as we left and then for Tower Bridge to be raised on a test run! The whole trip was a pleasure and I would happily do that againl. Can't recommend them enough. As a Londoner showing an friend from abroad around, I was enthralled by the whole trip. Too many great shots to choose from!

Had a great experience on the Thames cruise! It’s a fantastic way to see London’s iconic landmarks like Tower Bridge, London Eye, and Houses of Parliament from a completely different perspective. The ride was smooth and relaxing, and the commentary was interesting and easy to follow. Sitting on the top deck made it even better, especially for photos. It can get a bit busy, but overall it’s definitely worth it. Highly recommend for both tourists and locals

It was the perfect cruise, with the most interesting story-tell from the Capitan! He was so easy going and made everything even more interesting for the public. It was not only a way to get to know the history of London better, but to also hear it through the prespective of a local citizen who definetly knows how to make you laugh and have the time of your life.

Punctuality was outstanding, a nice girl welcomed the traveller in a physical and historical travel. All the bridges we travelled were commented with a correct amount of details trying to keep the attention alive, the time spent on the boat was enough to enjoy the travel , I and my wife spent a relaxing time and will be more than happy to be with you again

We have enjoyed our cruise from Westminster pier to Greenwich. We saw various london's landmarks. The trip was smooth, interesting and informative through the live tour guide who was very knowledgeable. We took lots pictures from the top deck as this has the best view. Highly recommend this experience.

I found the sightseeing cruise most enjoyable. As a Londoner it was interesting to know more facts about places of interest along the Thames that i wasn't aware of. Lovely sunny day. Commentary, provided by cruise staff , was funny throughout - and informative of course. Good value.

Muy buen servicio, no es como los taxis acuáticos de Uber donde no se puede ver nada, en este crucero van más despacio y te van explicando los puntos de interés, además de que puedes ver todo cómodamente sentado en su deck superior.

The commentary was very good and highlighted lots of the sites and interesting facts. Really easy to get to Westminster Pier on the tube and made for a very scenic outdoor trip to Greenwich.

It was my first cruise ride, and I took my 8-year-old daughter with great excitement. I bought a ticket online and received an email and a text message with the booking confirmation. Upon entering the Westminster pair, I was told that I must have the APP downloaded on my phone to enter. I show the person my booking information, but she still insists on downloading the app and sounds quite annoyed and stressed. I tried to calm her down and insisted that she not get angry, as my 8-year-old daughter was with me. It was not very busy, and no other passengers were waiting there to be served. By that time, another member of staff had just walked in and started blaming me, saying I was stressing her colleague, even though she never knew what was going on. However, to come to the situation, I very quickly downloaded the app, avoided the hassle and boarded the cruise. I just witnessed two absolutely unfriendly team members on the front line of your wonderful and world-class cruising service. However, I have the impression that I must download a tracking app to experience the journey. And your member of staff made me download it.
