It's was a nice way to see the river at night. Unfortunately crowded and very rude people onboard. Staff did a good job of dealing with people standing on seats etc.

I caught the Uber Boat from Putney Pier to North Greenwich - the end of the line. It was a very enjoyable journey, passing many iconic buildings and landmarks along the Thames. There was a two minute walk from the Greenwich Pier to the cable car entry and the view from the cable car at 90 metres above the river was incredible. Great value for money, the Headout tickets for both experiences worked perfectly, so I recommend this combo highly.

It was an amazing experience except for the fact that the uber boat was a bit too slow. The cable car was a thrilling moment for us to see london aerially. Made us appreciate the landmarks better. The uber boat was calming and the view was simply stunning.

Très bonne expérience et très bonnes conditions à bord! Cependant, l'embarquement fut un peu compliqué à Westminster (30 min d'atttente, consignes pas claires et personnel peu sympathique)

Beautiful veiws of Famous london landmarks. Especally tower bridge and the tower of london. The boat was high speed and smooth with quick embarking and disembarking.

It was so good because everything was simple to do, no complications involved, the staff were smiling and had a wonderful view. 😍

What's not allowed

Sharp metallic tools or objects, inflammable objects and items over 2 meters in length are not allowed on this experience.

Accessibility

All the piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City, and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers.

All the boats are wheelchair, mobility scooter, and pram accessible, and use ramps for boarding.

There can be a maximum of four wheelchairs on the larger boats, and they can accommodate a further three folded wheelchairs. Electronic wheelchairs are also welcome.

All boats, except Star, Storm, and Sky Clipper, have accessible toilets.

If a carer’s assistance is required, a complimentary companion ticket is issued to match the primary ticket at any staffed ticket office.

Your guide dogs are welcome on the transport.

Additional information

Cash payments are not accepted at piers or at café bars. We recommend you order at the bar and pay with a card or payment device if you would prefer.

Children under the age of ten must remain with a supervising adult at all times.

Larger boats have baby-changing tables.
