What to bring

You must bring your passport for ID verification and your booking confirmation to redeem your physical ticket at the E-land Ticket Office.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation time to complete the boarding report. Boarding passes are issued 5 minutes before departure.
What’s not allowed
- Pets are not permitted on the cruise.
Accessibility
- Due to ship changes, wheelchairs and strollers are not allowed on board. However, they can be stored in the designated storage area at the dock before boarding. Folding ones can be folded and boarded.

The Banpo Bridge Moonlight Rainbow Fountain Show operates only from April to October and may be canceled without prior notice due to weather or city conditions.

On weekends and during the April Spring Flower Festival, roads and parking lots are very congested; it is strongly recommended to use public transportation.

If you are unable to board due to parking or traffic issues, you cannot cancel or change your reservation.

Sunset Cruise departs at 6pm (Feb–Oct) and 5pm (Nov–Jan); for sunset viewing from May to September, reserve the 7pm Moonlight Music Cruise.

Free parking is available at Yeouido Parking Lot 1, but it may be limited during peak times.
