The possibility easy go on the cruise with wheelchairs. We were 8 people group with several wheelchairs and other walking adjustments, nobody had any trouble. Big thank you to the staff!

Wonderful tour of the canals of Amsterdam. Very friendly and cheerful captain. Warm, comfortable. Audio guide in many languages of the world. There is a toilet on the ship.

The sights and the guide. We got lucky with the weather on the day. The boat filled up pretty quickly, so you need to go a bit in advance to make sure you got a seat.

Absolutely unforgettable experience! This 75-minute canal cruise turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip to Amsterdam. The captain was not only highly professional but also genuinely warm, friendly, and attentive—constantly making sure everyone felt comfortable and included. What impressed me the most was how accessible the entire experience was. And I couldn’t have chosen a better day—King’s Day! The whole city was glowing in vibrant shades of orange, full of life and celebration. This experience is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair accessible boats only depart from the dock opposite Hard Rock Cafe at the 10:30am, 12pm, 2pm, and 3:30pm time slots.

Your guide dogs are welcome on the cruise.

Additional information

Children up to and including 4 years old may board for free. Children between the ages of 5 and 11 years can board with discounted tickets. Children older than 11 pay the same price as adults.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Most boats have a roof that closes fully and have central heating on board. So even if it is cold outside, you will be warm inside the boat. The boats mostly sail within the city centre, where the water stays very calm, so they can sail in almost any weather.

If a cruise cannot take place due to extreme weather circumstances, the company will contact you to reschedule your ticket to another date.
