Special 08:30 Real Alcázar visit with Maria R. Worth every Euro-cent. Our group were allowed entry one hour before the normal first entry. Maria having grown up in Seville explained everything about the Royal Palace. Great to stand in a room where Christopher Columbus, Magellan and Amerigo Vespucci had once stood!!!

We visited Alcazar in Sevilla with Isabel as our guide. To say Isabel was the best guide we've ever had is an understatement. Isabel was very informative and knowledgeable and explained everything simply. She tied the different centuries and eras together very well and gave the history of Alcazar like a TV soap. We'd highly recommend Isabel and will be back.

The time of my tour was changed twice! I booked morning to avoid the extreme heat of the day but my tour was changed to the afternoon, and then it was changed again to 30 minutes later. This is totally unacceptable and I would like to make a formal complaint. The guide was brilliant but this does not compensate for the stress caused by changing time slots without any regard for the customer experience.
