La visita en Córdoba estuvo magnífica, la guía Pepa súper muy conocedora de su trabajo y el trato para nosotros tutistad muy linda y encantadora . Totalmente recomendable con Uds . En Sevilla nos hizo falta una guía en físico pues el audio guía creo q falta más indicaciones y señalizaciones para nomierfet la continuidad del recorrido

Einlass lief super unkompliziert. Auch die Treffpunkte wurden gut beschrieben, leicht zu finden. Alcazar und Kathedrale sehr interessant, den Turm Giralda kann man sich sparen. Geht weit hoch (ohne Treppen zwar, leicht zu besteigen) aber oben zu viele Menschen, keine tolle Aussicht. Geht von anderen Türmen oder Las Setas besser

Special 08:30 Real Alcázar visit with Maria R. Worth every Euro-cent. Our group were allowed entry one hour before the normal first entry. Maria having grown up in Seville explained everything about the Royal Palace. Great to stand in a room where Christopher Columbus, Magellan and Amerigo Vespucci had once stood!!!

Really enjoyed our visit to Alcazar of Seville. It was a bit diffiult to find the correct entrance for online tickets and we did still have to queue up but it only took a few minutes wait. Also, if you need to shawl to cover your shoulders, you can buy that inside for 3 euros.

Cathedral is truly impressive,the Altar beeing its masterpiece along with various chapels. Climbing 35 ramps to the top of Giralda and unforgettable views not to mentione. But Alcazar is wotrh any minute of to short 90 minutes visit.

Easy entry, just make sure you have your passports because they will checked. The free audio guide was great for the room tours. The garden was magical! Loads of seats dotted around so you can sit peacefully and enjoy the garden. Peacocks roaming freely and loads of water features. Probably one of the best interiors and gardens I've ever seen. I would definitely visit again just to enjoy the outdoor space. I suggest booking the first slot in the morning but slots are booked out very fast.

The thing to do in Seville is visit these three wonderful locations. The combo ticket is great value. Alcázar was truly thought provoking in that I could not fathom the delicate detail and the process of construction. My only criticism is that the skip the line did not exist when I arrived at the cathedral but I was grateful that my time slot was 4.15 pm so the line was not long. The Headout app is very easy to use and I would not hesitate to purchase using it again.

One thing I loved about the Alcázar is how I didn’t feel like I was simply visiting a palace… I felt like I was walking through a piece of history that still has a soul The details, the water, the gardens, the quiet corners… and knowing how much of this place carries the touch of Andalusian Muslim history made it feel even more special to me Some places you visit, and some places you feel it

Getting started

Begin your visit at the Puerto del Leon (Lion's Gate), the main entrance to the palace, where staff will check your ticket and ID. You can start your journey through the palace and gardens at your reserved time after a brief security screening.

What to expect

The Royal Alcázar is Europe’s oldest royal residence still in use, renowned for its blend of Moorish and Spanish Christian architecture. This means you get to walk the very corridors and rooms that Spanish royalty still frequents. Notably, this historic complex was also declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1987.

What’s not allowed

Food and drinks are not permitted inside the monument (except for water and food for babies).

Alcohol, drugs, and intoxicated behavior are strictly prohibited.

Weapons, sharp objects, and large bags or luggage are not allowed.

Pets are not permitted, except for guide dogs or emotional support dogs with valid documentation.

Selfie sticks, flash photography, and tripods are not allowed.

Entering the palace barefoot and bachelor or bachelorette party groups are not permitted.

Accessibility

The Alcázar of Seville is wheelchair accessible.

Guide dogs and emotional support animals are allowed within the Alcazar, subject to producing the official documentation.

Additional information

You must arrive at the designated entry point 15 minutes before your scheduled time to complete check-in.

Your ticket does not include a visit to the Royal High Room.

Visits to the gardens are subject to weather and safety conditions and may be closed without prior notice.

The monument is vacated at 17:45 from October to March and at 19:45 from April to September.

Visitors with disabilities enjoy free entry—you must bring a card accrediting a disability of 33% or more along with your ID or passport.

Pensioners or students between 17 and 25 enjoy reduced entry fees (valid only for EU citizens), subject to presenting supporting documentation.

Visitors born in Seville or residents of the city enjoy free entry, subject to producing the relevant accrediting documentation.
