Getting the tickets ahead with Headout makes easier and cheaper the entrance to Lotte World Tower. We skip the purchase lane and go straight to the admission line. We save approx 20 minutes that we could enjoy at the observatory. The process is easy and the staff of Lotte World Tower fully acknowledge the generated QR code to get access. I will continue using the Headout platform to get special offers and peferred access.

Before entry, front service explained that climate foggy today causing the view not to be clear so that entry fee can be refunded upon request. I and my partner went up regardless of bad weather. And enjoyed everything inside, especially my sister fully enjoyed all. Thank you.

I booked my Lotte World Adventure and Seoul Sky tickets through Headout, and the entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. The booking process was simple, prices were competitive and discounted compare to other apps. At Lotte World Adventure, entry was quick and seamless—no need to stand in long ticket queues. All rides and attractions included in the pass worked perfectly, it was a bit crowded so didnot enjoy lotte world that much. Seoul Sky was impressive. Entry was well-organized, and the views from the observatory were absolutely breathtaking, especially in the evening. don't miss the sky show on 117th floor. The instructions provided by Headout were clear, making it easy to locate the entrance and understand the ticket usage.

It was worth the money to enjoy a Sunday night in Seoul, filled with lots of fun and energy. Lotte world aquarium was better than what I expected. The Seoul Skyscraper was unique, definitely got to enjoy my time in Korea

It was very crowded and very loud. The staff were pleasant and handled the large number of people well, but the number of people was very distracting. It also was very hot. The views were fabulous!!

If you’re looking to get a view of Korea, then Seoul Sky should certainly be on your list of things to do. The views are astounding and you truly get the feeling of being on top of the world. With no other building tall enough to obstruct your view, you can glance down at the ground beneath your feet; and surely you’ll find that everything appears as though part of a miniature playset. While you’re here, you can experience several things from the Sky Shuttle - deemed to be the fastest elevator with screens on its walls and ceilings that put on a display of Korea’s much-revered history, to the Sky Deck with its transparent floor and glorious views. For an even better view, head out onto the Sky Terrace, an outdoor observatory on the 120th floor. After experiencing such a feat, you’d never want to get back down to earth!

For the safety of visitors, the operation of Sky Deck, Sky Terrace, and Photo Zone, will be subject to change without notice, depending on the number of visitors

Note: Sky Terrace on the 120F may be closed on the following weather conditions:

Weather warnings have been issued (heavy rain, strong winds, yellow/fine dust, etc.)

Heavy rainfall of 5mm or more per hour

The difference between indoor-outdoor temperature is 20°C or greater

No refund will be provided for the closure of facilities

Seoul Sky requires a reservation, and the capacity is limited per timeslot. The tickets you purchase does not guarantee a reservation, but you will be able to enter directly upon arrival. Although, you may need to wait in line for the elevator on the spot

On Korean public holidays or special occasions, the queues may run long. In this case, the staff may not issue physical tickets on-site. Please contact us to amend the ticket or get a full refund

Once you enter Lotte World Tower, go to B1F (117F through 122F) to find the Seoul Sky Entrance

Walk over to the ticket office and display your voucher in exchange for a paper ticket
