Singapore Oceanarium Tickets with Animal Spotlight

What to bring

• Wear covered footwear for access to the behind-the-scenes support areas.

• Arrive at the meeting point (Open Ocean Habitat) at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour.

What's not allowed

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except infant formula.

• Strollers, crutches, and electric mobility devices are not allowed in the behind-the-scenes support areas.

• Guests wearing full-face masks, helmets, or face coverings that conceal their identity will not be admitted.

Accessibility

• Personal Mobility Aids (PMAs) are permitted within the Oceanarium but are not allowed in the behind-the-scenes support areas.

Additional information

• The programme is open to guests aged 4 years and above. However, exceptions can be made for children under 4 years old who can walk independently in support areas. ​

• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent or legal guardian.

• The guided experience lasts approximately 45 minutes.

• Tours are available in English and Mandarin and are limited to 12 participants.

• Participants must follow the guide and the designated tour route throughout the experience.

• Singapore Oceanarium will operate on Saturday, 8 August, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

• The programme runs rain or shine and is subject to availability.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
