- Bring a valid photo ID or passport matching the name on your booking if requested at the entrance of the basilica.
- Dress respectfully for a religious site: shoulders and knees should be covered. Short skirts, sleeveless tops, and see-through clothing are not allowed.
- You may bring a camera, but only non-flash photography is permitted.

- Large bags, suitcases, or oversized luggage cannot be brought inside the basilica or its restricted areas.
- Food and drinks, including water, are prohibited inside the sacred areas.
- Flash photography, tripods, and video recording equipment are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.
- Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly forbidden on the premises.
- Entry through the Holy Door is not included.
