Everything about this tour of Sagrada Familia was perfect! It was easy to book and to find the gift shop meeting point. It was nice to have someone there to greet us when we arrived early and our guide was outstanding. She was kindhearted, friendly and oh so passionate about the biblical aspect of our tour as well as of Gaudi's art. The biblical is the part we enjoyed the most. Thank you for putting something together that was so user friendly...we recommend!!!!

The tour guide, Marco, was wonderful. He took our small group through the Sagrada Familia explaining the history with attention to detail. He was very enthusiastic, answered questions, and try to keep us in the shade during a very hot humid day in August. We really enjoyed the tour with Marco! The reservation process through Headout was easy. The app was great. Thank you.

This is a must do. Our guide was great and explained the story and details of the Sagrada Família so clearly. Our group was really small too, less than 10people so you could really gather around and get on well with everyone.

Grundsätzlich war die Führung äußerst informativ und die Guide sehr kompetent. Den Punkt Abzug gebe ich für die unzureichenden informationen zum Treffpunkt. Es war in der Mail eine falsche Adresse für den Trffpunkt angeführt. Weiters die Telefonnummer einer anderen Gesellschaft die den Auftrag zur Buchung nach telefonischer Kontaktaufnahme nicht finden konnte. Musste danach direkt Headout kontaktieren und bekam danach erst den Rückruf der Richtigen Gesellschaft die mir dann auch den korrekten Treffpunkt verraten konnte. Alles in allem sehr chaotisch verlaufen gerade noch rechtzeitig zur Führung gekommen, da andere die selben Probleme hatten den Treffpunkt zu finden.
