We had a great visit to the Royal Palace of Madrid using the guided tour with skip the line tickets. Meeting point was a few minutes walk from the tower, but the guide used this time to give some history of the Palace. Guide was good and kept a good pace, nothing felt rushed and we had chance to see everything.

Jose is an outstanding guide: knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He gave one of the most comprehensive overviews of the history of Spain with an easily understandable, enjoyable delivery. I'm so glad I saw this palace, it's one of the nicest ones I've ever seen, and exceptionally grateful I did so with this tour company and with Jose as the guide.

It was a good tour. Not sure if it was worth it. Guide walked too fast so she was ahead of us and the audio would cut out so I'd miss what she said. She also ended 30 min early and seemed like she was rushing out of there and didn't want to finish the tour. You need a palace tour for sure, but not with this company!

The tour was very organized, from the time we left the meeting point until the tour ended. Rocio provided a great blend of history and gossip, highlighting various pieces of art throughout the Palace. It's just the right amount of time to spend in the Palace.
