Arrive at the designated meeting point near the main entrance, where your ticket will be validated. Security checks are mandatory before you proceed to the museum and stadium. The staff will provide directions, and you must follow Real Madrid C.F. guidelines throughout your visit.

Visits to the locker rooms and benches are currently closed due to the renovation work at the stadium.

The tour route may change due to the renovations and any events at the stadium. You’ll be informed of this change at the entrance, the ticket counter, and on the Real Madrid website.

On match days, you can access the museum and the panoramic view of the stadium up to 5.5 hours before kickoff.
