In 4 amiche abbiamo visitato per la prima volta la Reggia di Caserta il 14 ottobre 2026.È molto comodo arrivarvi infatti la stazione è vicino . La Reggia è assolutamente mozzafiato e immensa. La nostra guida Walter molto competente, ha risposto a tutte le nostre domande e ci ha raccontato con umorismo come si svolgeva la vita a corte . Da visitare anche l'immenso giardino ,in particolare quello inglese,e la bellissima fontana. Conviene prendere i biglietti e prenotare guida online, come noi abbiamo fatto. Nel complesso una bella esperienza e soprattutto soldi spesi bene per comprendere le particolarità di questo tesoro architettonico. Vanna

Beautiful historic castle, the Versailles of Italy. We spent the day touring the castle and enjoyed the castle and gardens. It's well maintained and the signage is in multiple languages to facilitate your visit. Easy to get to.

Tour stupendo nell Reggia di Caserta. Questo sabato abbiamo visiatato la Reggia di Caserta. Ogni volta è sempre un'emozione nuova, ma questa volta avevamo una guida d'eccellenza, che ha reso l' esperienza ancora più entusiasmante e divertente con aneddoti riguardandi anche un pò la vita che si faceva a palazzo, al di là delle opere d'arte. Ringrazio Valter per l' enorme bagaglio culturale che ha dimostrato e per la sua piacevole compagnia attraverso il racconto della vita a palazzo.

Esperienza davvero indimenticabile alla Reggia di Caserta! Water è una guida preparata, appassionata e coinvolgente: grazie ai suoi racconti abbiamo scoperto la storia e le meraviglie di questo affascinante palazzo reale. La visita ai giardini è stata spettacolare, soprattutto la magnifica cascata eil suggestivo Bagno di Venere, luoghi di una bellezza unica. Your journey starts at the Palatine Chapel, with its stunning frescoes. Ascend the grand staircase, with its 116 marble steps and statues that give you a royal welcome. What's not allowed

Leave pets (except guide dogs), strollers, large bags, backpacks over 40 x 30 x 10 cm, umbrellas, drones, sharp metallic objects, alcohol, and motorized vehicles behind—they aren’t allowed inside. You can check bulky items in the free cloakroom at the entrance.

Eating and smoking are prohibited inside the palace.

Flash photography is forbidden inside, and the dress code requires appropriate attire (no skimpy or indecent clothing).

Additional Info

The Royal Palace of Caserta is closed on Tuesdays, New Year’s Day (January 1), and Christmas Day (December 25).

If you're traveling from Naples, check train schedules in advance for a timely trip, as the train from Naples to Caserta takes about 40 minutes, followed by a 5-10 minute walk to the palace.
