Innanzi tutto la puntualità ed il non dover fare la fila per i biglietti. Siamo anche stati fortunati perché doevvamo essere in 4 (due coppie) ma gli altri non si sono presentati e quindi è diventata una vsita privata per noi. La guida è stata molto disponibile e preparata, noi siamo di Parma e qundi sui Farnese eravamo molto preparari ma ci ha fatto approfondari nuovi particolari. sull'argomento. La reggia è immensa ed il tour ci ha richiesto anche più di 2 ore ma senza che ci abbia fatto fretta. Grazie di tutto. Poi autonomamente abbiamo visitato il parco e la mostra temporanea sulle Regine. Davvero una giornata bella ed interessante. Da consigiiare.

Tour ben organizzato. dopo la prenotazione on line, nessuna altra incombeza ... la Guida, puntulissima si occupa di tutto (dai biglietti alle auricolari, alla organizzazione di assistenza per persone con problemi di deambulazione). la spiegazione dettagliata sia sotto il profilo storico sia artistico con qualche gradevole digressione sulle dinamiche di Palzzo... cose che da solo non potresti mai cogliere in una location così vasta e ricca! consigliatissimo

Meravigliosa la Reggia di Caserta! Walter la guida - preparato e simpatico - ci ha fatto visitare il palazzo: Scalone Reale, la cappella e il Teatro, questo ci hanno concesso di vederlo "in cambio" della visita ai giardini che (purtroppo) erano chiusi a causa del maltempo e del forte vento: erano addirittura caduti degli alberi. Peccato, ma merita senz'altro un'altra visita!!! Grazie Walter

La puntualità della guida è stata molto apprezzata. La sua competenza nell'illustrare molteplici aspetti della Reggia ci ha picevolmente sorpresi. Dotato di una cordialità sicuramente spontanea, ci ha coinvolti in una visita veramente paicevole e profittevole dal punto di vista culturale.

Mi hanno fortemente impressionato le prime 2 scale al centro della reggia con il salone principale e l'estensione pazzesca delle innumerevoli stanze. Un ringraziamento particolare alla nostra guida che ci ha condotto con sapienza in questa piacevole esperienza. 👌💯

The palace and gardens can be chilly depending on the season, so dress accordingly.

Comfortable shoes for lots of walking, water for hydration, and sunscreen.

What's not allowed

Leave pets (except guide dogs), strollers, large bags, backpacks over 40 x 30 x 10 cm, umbrellas, drones, sharp metallic objects, alcohol, and motorized vehicles behind—they aren’t allowed inside. You can check bulky items in the free cloakroom at the entrance.

Eating and smoking are prohibited inside the palace.

Flash photography is forbidden inside, and the dress code requires appropriate attire (no skimpy or indecent clothing).

Ramps and elevators are available at the venue for easy access.

Accessible parking spaces are available near the entrance of the palace.

Additional Info

The Royal Palace of Caserta is closed on Tuesdays, New Year’s Day (January 1), and Christmas Day (December 25).

If you're traveling from Naples, check train schedules in advance for a timely trip, as the train from Naples to Caserta takes about 40 minutes, followed by a 5-10 minute walk to the palace.
