Acquistare i biglietti online tramite Headout per visitare la Reggia di Caserta è stato rapido e senza complicazioni: conferma immediata e ingresso veloce. Ho anche scaricato la videoguida, molto utile per seguire il percorso.Durante l’attivazione ho avuto un piccolo problema con la lingua della videoguida. Ho chiamato il numero verde e l’assistenza è stata eccellente: risposta immediata, personale preparato e problema risolto in pochi minuti. La Reggia è uno spettacolo: ambienti maestosi, giardini curati e un percorso che lascia senza parole. Headout ha reso tutto semplice, chiaro e ben gestito. Ottimo prodotto, consigliatissimo.

En prenant les billets à l'avance en ligne, j'esperais avoir un accompagnement de la visite d'un audioguide "réel" en français alors qu'il s'agit de l'application sur le téléphone qui est gratuite pour tous. Sachant qu'il n'y avait aucune attente au guichet d'entrée pour prendre les billets d'entrée sur place... je suis un peu décue mais le palais et ses jardins sont vraiment magnifiques !

Easy booking and easy entry to the palace. I would advise to download the guide before arrival to use on your phone as the staff at the palace were not helpful to get you connected. I saw a post to do this and I don't think we would have had an audio guide otherwise.

El palacio es muy bonito . El único problema fue el estacionamiento y la falta de señalización para llegar. Cuando finalmente pudimos llegar era media hora después de lo que decían nuestras entradas pero nos permitieron entrar muy amablemente.

The palace is amazing and well worth a visit; however, I didn't need to stress about the tickets since there was no one in line when we arrived at 11:30am. We paid for the Audio Guide, but it was very frustrating for me to use. I thought the it would go in order from place to place and I even hoped that it would come on automatically as we entered each room, but that was not the case. I had a hard time matching the room we were in with the correct description on the Audio Guide. In addition, I had opted for the English tour, but in the middle of the tour, it suddenly switched to Italian for a few of the rooms. I got frustrated and just gave up using it. It was easier for me to just read the English part of the signs that were in each room. A map showing the route with the rooms being labeled would have been very helpful. The water features in the gardens aren't operating right now, but don't miss the grotto in the English Garden!
