I visited the Royal Collections Gallery at the Royal Palace in Madrid today. Everything was superb, I felt unexpectedly good and the whole visit was very well documented, with videos about royalty Spain. It is worth visiting this Palace and especially the Royal Collection.

Foi uma visita muito interessante. Nao se justifica termos comprado bilhetes " skip the line" porque havia pouca gente e nenhuma fila. A exposição sobre a rainha VE muito bem documentada que revelou um ser humano com carisma e sentido de estado. Tivemos pena de so termos visitado a parte relacionada com os Bourbon. A parte relacionada com os Habsburgo ficara oara uma próxima oportunidade

I purchased this ticket for Royale Palace Madrid. I was denied entry to Royale Palace at the entrance because guard said this ticket not for Royale Palace. I called Headout asking for refund but my request was denied. Headout booking information and details written on tickets are misleading. Headout agent said only can refund me 25 percent of ticket price into credit wallet. But I asked for credit back as cash into my credit card. No response from Headout.
