Tour was very informative, interactive. Guide was professional and knowledgeable. Gave us a comprehensive induction at the begging of a tour and showed around the palace with as much information as possible to give within the hour. Recommended.

Beatrice was an amazing guide as a former history teacher she was funny, entertaining and most of all extremely knowledgable about everything historical and cultural. She condensed difficult topics and explained them in such a way that even children could understand!

I purchased this ticket for Royale Palace Madrid. I was denied entry to Royale Palace at the entrance because guard said this ticket not for Royale Palace. I called Headout asking for refund but my request was denied. Headout booking information and details written on tickets are misleading. Headout agent said only can refund me 25 percent of ticket price into credit wallet. But I asked for credit back as cash into my credit card. No response from Headout.

La visite s'est très bien passée. Il y a eu du monde, beaucoup de groupes mais c'est le prix a payer pour admirer ce palais. Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant.

Biglietti acquistati senza fila, accesso rapido. Sito facile da utilizzare. Palazzo è ben curato, le stanze sono riccamente decorate davvero una piacevole sorpresa merita la visita.
