We had a great experience visiting the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel. The meeting point was easy to find, and collecting our tickets from the agency was quick and simple. Everything was well organized, which made the beginning of the visit completely stress-free. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We received a short but detailed explanation about where to go, how to enter the museums, and what we needed to do next. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the guide helped make the entrance process smooth. We wer e also pleasantly surprised to receive a free audio guide, which added a lot to the experience and helped us better understand the artworks, sculptures, galleries, and history around us. The Vatican Museums themselves were incredible, with so much to see along the way before reaching the unforgettable Sistine Chapel. We had a really enjoyable time and felt that the service provided by the agency made the entire visit easier and more relaxing. A visita aos Museus do Vaticano e à Capela Sistina foi uma das experiências mais marcantes da minha viagem. Fiquei impressionado com a quantidade de obras de arte, esculturas e pinturas, todas muito bem preservadas e cheias de história. Apesar de haver muitos visitantes, foi possível apreciar a beleza dos espaços. O momento mais especial foi entrar na Capela Sistina e ver ao vivo os famosos frescos de Michelangelo. É uma sensação difícil de descrever e muito diferente de os ver apenas em fotografias. Todo o ambiente transmite uma grande importância histórica e cultural. Recomendo esta visita a qualquer pessoa que passe por Roma, pois é um local único que vale realmente a pena conhecer. Além disso, a visita fez-me compreender melhor a importância da arte e da história na cultura europeia, tornando a experiência ainda mais enriquecedora e memorável.

Visiting Vatican City was an unforgettable experience. Even if you're not particularly religious, the history, art, and architecture are simply breathtaking. St. Peter's Basilica is absolutely stunning, with incredible details both inside and out, and climbing to the top of the dome rewards you with spectacular views over Rome. The Vatican Museums are immense and filled with masterpieces, ending with the world-famous Sistine Chapel, where Michelangelo's ceiling is even more impressive in person than in photos. The atmosphere throughout Vatican City is unique, combining centuries of history with a sense of peace and importance. I would recommend arriving early in the morning to avoid the largest crowds and to fully enjoy the experience. A must-visit for anyone traveling to Rome.

Was great ! Definitely was worth as avoided standing in long queues. One thing you should bare in mind that of you buy ticket with time access to Basilica and the Dome, you have 1.5 hrs till entering, so if you are a museum person it might not be enough for you. You don't need ID anymore, unlike Colosseum, but bring it just in case maybe. It's worth paying for St. Peter Basilica, because for online tickets there almost was no queue. For Dome, it's elevator access up to certain level. And then it's a quite hard and narrow staircase up, so small kids and people with breathing problems might want to think before climbing the Dome, but level where elevator takes you, is no problem and view of the Dome is nice, but can't see the square from it. Was worth the money spent, overall.

Visiting the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel was one of the highlights of my trip to Rome. I had seen so many photos before, but nothing compares to seeing it all in person. The museums are full of incredible artwork, beautiful halls, and fascinating history around every corner. The Sistine Chapel was the most unforgettable part of the visit. Looking up at Michelangelo's famous ceiling was an amazing experience. It was quite crowded, but everything was well organized. I definitely recommend buying your tickets in advance, especially the fast-track option, because it saves a lot of time and lets you skip the long entrance lines. It made the whole visit much more enjoyable. I would happily visit again.

The guide that took us through the checkpoint and informed us about the process was amazing and that service was worth the money..! We didn't expect the vastness of the museum and the variety of the dispalying artifacts. It was huge and crowded but not disturbingly..Certainly, there is no time to look at everything and sometimes you need to rush in order for the crowd to keep moving... Few places to rest and freshen up. Mesmerizing the pinacoteca and ofcourse the Sixtine Chapel. It would be nice to be formerly advised about the fact that you need ID for the children as well and that you might need to cover up legs and shoulders for the Chapel.

We had a wonderful experience visiting the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. A special thank you to the staff member at the entrance who checked our tickets. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She took the time to explain the layout of Vatican City, showed us the museum map, and gave us valuable tips on the best route to take, how to enter the museum smoothly, and where to find the best viewpoints. Her advice made it much easier to navigate and helped us make the most of our visit. The museums themselves were breathtaking, with incredible art and history at every turn. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and the excellent customer service made it even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

What I liked most was not only the famous masterpieces, but the feeling of moving through different layers of history and beauty. The painted ceilings, especially Michelangelo’s work in the Sistine Chapel, were absolutely breathtaking. I also loved the Gallery of Maps and the tapestry of the Resurrection of Christ — it was amazing to realize that such a powerful image was created with threads, not paint. The visit was very inspiring and emotional. It made me slow down, look up, and truly feel the scale of art, faith, and history preserved in the Vatican Museums.

Me dio mucha tranquilidad comprar mis boletos por esta app. Todo fue claro desde el principio, recibí mis entradas a tiempo y el acceso al Museo del Vaticano fue muy fácil. El museo es simplemente increíble, disfruté muchísimo la visita y fue una experiencia que recordaré por siempre. Lo único que me hubiera gustado que fuera diferente es que dentro de la Basílica había bastante ruido, lo que hacía un poco difícil apreciar la tranquilidad del lugar. Aun así, fue una experiencia inolvidable. ¡Definitivamente recomiendo tanto la app como la visita!

Hat uns eine über zwei Stündige Wartezeit am Museum in der Prallen Sonne bei 36 Grad erspart, wir hatten vorab keine Tickets weil es ein spontaner Trip nach Rom war. Stattdessen haben wir gemütlich 30 Minuten im Café gegenüber vom Treffpunkt gessessen und dort mit Kühlen Getränken gewartet. Komplikationsloser Ablauf, wir sind rein, haben Anweisungen bekommen und wurden dann von einer Dame als Gruppe ins Museum gebracht. Würde es immer wieder so buchen. Nur zu empfehlen!

Vatican Museums

Photography and the use of mobile phones are strictly prohibited in the Sistine Chapel.

Luggage and/or large bags are not allowed inside the venue. You may drop off your bags with the free cloakroom service.

Pets and other small animals are not allowed in the venue, except for guide dogs.

It is recommended to cover tattoos and any other similarly visible distinctive personal signs.

Additional information

Most museums are generally closed on Mondays, except for Colosseum (booking required), Mercati di Traiano, Musei Capitolini, and Museo dell’Ara Pacis.

Almost all the museums are closed on 25 Dec, 1 Jan, and 1 May.

Please find your host at the meeting point specified on the voucher, who will assist you in the check-in process. Do not head to the entrance of the Vatican Museum directly.

Please note the chosen time must be respected and latecomers will not be accommodated.

Although it is not included in these tickets, access to St. Peter's Basilica is free. However, there could be a waiting line during peak season.

Comfortable shoes are recommended.

Please be dressed appropriately. Sleeveless blouses, miniskirts, shorts, and hats are not permitted. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for all guests.

Roma Pass

The pass must be activated on the first journey on public transport even if it has already been activated at the first entrance to a museum.

At the national museums and archaeological sites (Colosseum included) on the first Sunday of the month, admission is free for all.

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.
