I couldn't bring up the app to retrieve my ticjets at the ebtrance to the museum! I called Headout in a panic and they said they could email them to me, which they immediately did! I was ecstatic! The museum was overwhelming! The works if all the masters were so life-like and stunning! Some actually brought me to teara!

Smooth entry although we did have a long time to wait for them to process as we were waiting outside the museum but it worked out fine as we had prior tickets for the Van Gogh museum.

Die Buchung ging zwar problemlos, jedoch habe ich den Audioguide nicht erhalten. Vor Ort konnte mir auch keiner helfen. Dort sollte ich nochmal die zusätzlichen Gebühren bezahlen, worauf ich dann aber verzichtet habe, da es ja bei Ihnen im Preis inbegriffen war.. Das war schon sehr ärgerlich. Ansonsten war es ein tolles Museum! Mit freundlichen Grüßen!

Es war ein toller Besuch im Rijksmuseum. Wir haben sehr viele interessante Exponate, Bilder, Möbel, Geschirr, Glas und Keramik gesehen, es war sehr eindrucksvoll.

What’s not allowed

Pets are not allowed inside the Rijksmuseum.

Flash photography is not permitted anywhere inside the museum.

The museum’s cafés and shops do not accept cash payments.

Guide dogs are permitted throughout the venue.

Additional information

Entry is allowed up to 15 minutes after the time stated on your ticket, and you may remain inside until the museum closes.
