- You may enter up to 15 minutes after your scheduled time and stay until the museum closes.

- All cafés and shops within the museum operate on a cashless basis. Cash payments are not accepted.
- Bags larger than A4 size, umbrellas, and similar items must be stored in the cloakroom. Only small handbags are permitted inside.
- Tickets are valid strictly for the chosen date and time slot and cannot be modified. Late arrivals or no-shows may result in loss of entry, refunds, or rescheduling.
