Un ingresso concitato per arrivare in tempo per la fascia oraria prenotata. Già ammirare il magnifico palazzo sede del museo è stato splendido. Il sole faceva capolino tra le nuvole, che un venticello tiepido cercava di spazzare via. La hall immensa con tanta gente, dopo il veloce passaggio tra gli inservienti che controllavano i QR code e...anche la borsetta! Infine il secondo piano stupendo: Rembrandt, Van Gogh e soprattutto Vermeer... e la casa della sposa, le ceramiche di Delft, l'antica biblioteca. Sono sopraffatta da tanta arte!!!

The Rijksmuseum truly impressed me. Besides the famous masterpieces, the highlight of my visit was discovering Hendrick Avercamp and his beautiful painting Winter Landscape with Skaters. I had never heard of him before, and I completely fell in love with that lively winter scene on the ice. I even regret not picking up the magnet with the painting in the museum shop. The whole museum is inspiring, well‑organized, and full of wonderful surprises — I left feeling enriched and delighted by this unexpected discovery.

The Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam is a wonderful museum. It’s beautifully clean, well organised, and the collection of paintings is absolutely stunning. There are so many incredible masterpieces to see, and the atmosphere makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a must-visit when you’re in Amsterdam!

Having our tickets before we arrived meant we err able to go straight to the exhibits. First stop was the Nightwatch. An emotional moment seeing this great masterpiece. But the museum was more than just the one painting, it was one of the greatest collections I have ever seen. An absolute must must do.

El acceso al museo en solo pocas horas fue genial, estábamos sobre el tiempo pero con headout compramos los tiquetes y pudimos entrar sin inconvenientes , fue lo mejor de todo!!! Y el sitio es sensacional, lleno de historia por donde se le mire

Visitors who cannot navigate independently may bring one companion for free. Companion tickets are available at cash register 1.

Only handbags up to A4 size are permitted; larger items such as umbrellas or big bags must be left in the cloakroom.

The museum cannot accommodate travel luggage, folding bikes, musical instruments, skateboards, or similar items.

Tickets are valid only for the chosen date and time. Late arrivals may be considered no-shows and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

If you are delayed, speak with museum staff at the entrance. Entry is not guaranteed, but staff will assist depending on availability.

Amsterdam Canal Cruise

Children up to 3 years old board for free. Children aged 4–12 pay €12.50, and those over 12 pay the adult rate.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.

All boats are covered to ensure comfort in all weather.

English commentary plays by default. To select another language, scan the onboard QR code and access the audio guide via free Wi-Fi. Bring your own earphones or purchase them onboard for €1.50.

Routes may vary due to municipal works, giving new highlights on each trip.

Carry a pair of earphones or headphones to use with your multilingual audio guide.

Facilities onboard include free Wi-Fi and restrooms.
