The guide was friendly and told good stories, but honestly we spent too much time at the souvenir shops. Wish there was more actual time at the pyramids themselves. Not sure I’d do this exact tour again, but still, the pyramids are a must-see.

Really interesting tour, but the group was bigger than I thought. Guide made sure everyone got their turn for photos. The camel ride was kind of scary at first but then fun. Pro tip: wear closed shoes—it’s sandy everywhere.

What to expect

Guided pyramid exploration: Walk around the exteriors of the Pyramids of Khufu, Pyramid of Khafre and Pyramid of Menkaure with a knowledgeable guide, learning about their construction and historical context.

The Great Sphinx & Valley Temple: Stand before the legendary Great Sphinx of Giza, appreciate its scale, and explore nearby monuments such as the Valley Temple of Khafre, with insight into their symbolic and ritual significance.

Surrounding monuments & Giza Complex layout: You’ll get to see lesser-known tombs, causeways, and monuments that together form the broader Giza Complex, gaining a fuller sense of the ancient complex.

What to bring

Bring your ticket for the experience (covers entry to the Giza Complex and interior access to the Great Pyramid).

Valid ID if you are planning to purchase tickets on-site.

Bring a hat and sunscreen as the area is mostly open desert

Students must bring their ID for discounted entry.

Accessibility

The site is not fully wheelchair accessible due to uneven terrain.

Photography with mobile phones is free; additional charges may apply for professional cameras.

Meeting point times will be communicated directly to the guest via WhatsApp the night before the tour.

Inside the pyramid access requires a separate ticket, which is available for purchase on-site.

Tours operate in small groups of up to 8 people. Private tour pricing is based on a minimum of 2 guests, even if only one person books.

During the holy month of Ramadan, the available pickup slots are 8am, 9am, 10am, and 11am.
