Puy du Fou 1-Day Tickets

Très beau parc bien organisé seul bémol c'est les poussettes quand les enfants dorment ils faut les sortir de la poussette et laisser celle ci a l'extérieur . Très beau spectacle bravo

Des spectacles magnifique, spectaculaire, je ferai de la pub autour de moi. J'ai aimé du début jusqu'àu spectacle du soir, bravo à tous et a toutes 👏👏👏

Nous avons passé une excellente journée remplie de rêves. Nous avons apprécié les spectacles de grande qualité artistique et mise en scène.

We paid 59euros each for our ticket so expected to be able to access all shows. As in the brochure it does say best to be there 30mins prior to show starting. We went to see show 6 at least 40mins prior and were informed that they had closed the gate due to it being full albeit no one actually calculates numbers going in at any show on the park. I spoke to one of the park Marshall as I had seen another group being allowed entry after speaking to one of the lead manager as he was unhappy at being refused . This manager gave him a mobile to speak to someone higher in management. When I spoke to the Marshall he tried to tell me they had emotion passes and that was why they let them in (7 in number) albeit strange if it was completely full (health and safety) . I know this was totally untrue as I had witnessed the whole event. I said I was not happy and the Marshall asked another person beside him to speak with him as he said couldn't understand English. I explained the event to her and what her colleague had said. She agreed that they did not have emotion passes but went on to say it was because they were in some way officials of the park . Again I think this was just another story to try to just their behaviour. She also said when asked what happens when this occurs at other shows and the answer we got was " this is just the nature of the park" .Nowhere in the brochure or when buying tickets is this written down as a possibility. The timings and limitations of number of shows makes it almost impossible for you to be there 30mins before starting and as I said we had actually been there 40mins prior to show. It seems a very high ticket price when you are not always able to access all shows through no fault of your own. Finally I really do not appreciate staff not bring truthful . I look forward to your thoughts on this matter.
