Bonjour, Le pilote du taxi n°178 , génial et très sympathique en plus d'un professionnalisme total. C'est à lui que j'adresse ces 5 étoiles et même plus, si possible. Par contre, l'organisation de la société organisatrice est à discuter !! Au rendez-vous, prévu à 9h00, le 29 avril, à l'hôtel Splendid Starhôtels à Venise, RIEN !!!!! La dame de l'hôtel, responsable à ce moment du "service relations publiques" que nous remercions aussi avec 5 étoiles ou plus, a du, plusieures fois, téléphoner à la société pour avoir enfin l'heure d'arrivée du taxi. À 10h00, le TAXI arrive enfin. Le stress s'atténue aussi, puisque la prise en charge du pilote a tout arrangé. SURTOUT, donc, MERCI, à l'hôtel Splendid Starhôtels à Venise. This was great, the only way to arrive in Venice. It does feel special. Really easy to find, the people at the desk were helpful and the dock is a 10 minutes walk through arrivals. Definitely recommend.
