When we arrived our guide was waiting for us and we were fortunate to have a private tour with Dalibor who made our time in the park very special. He was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed our time with him immensely. It was a perfect October day and the autumn beauty of the park was breathtaking. We spent the whole day there seeing everything we could see. We've never walked so much but for some reason we never tired until the very end of the day and that is quite amazing for 2, 75 year olds!

Samantha was a delightful guide and I had the privilege of having her all time myself as the other people who were on our tour were unable the make it. Samantha kept a very easy pace, was very chatty and informative and even arranged a taxi with a friend of hers at the end of the walk back to my hotel in the evening

A Headout segítségével lefoglalt kirándulásunk a Plitvicei-tavakhoz minden várakozásomat felülmúlta, és fantasztikus élményt nyújtott. Az online jegyvásárlás folyamata rendkívül gyors és egyszerű volt, a felület átláthatóan működött. A helyszínre érkezve a belépés teljesen zökkenőmentesen zajlott, egyáltalán nem kellett a hosszú sorokban várakoznunk. A nemzeti park lenyűgöző látványt nyújtott, a szervezés pedig professzionális volt az első perctől az utolsóig. A nap legszebb pillanata az volt, amikor a vezetőnk, Dalibor angolul olyan érdekes és különleges történeteket osztott meg velünk, amelyeket máshol biztosan nem hallhattunk volna. Ez a figyelmesség és szakértelem igazán feldobta a hangulatunkat. A kapott szolgáltatás minősége teljesen arányban állt az árral. Mindenkinek szívből ajánlom ezt a platformot, aki stresszmentes utazási élményre vágyik. Biztos, hogy a jövőben is a Headoutot választom a foglalásaimhoz. Köszönöm szépen 😊🥰

We were an hour late for the tour, but the guide was so kind and reassuring. He contacted me by whatsupp app and wrote that there was another tour group starting later and that we could join them. Unfortunately, because of the Waze app, we were delayed by another 30 minutes. Our guide, Amanda, stayed in touch with us and waited very patiently. When we finally arrived, she welcomed us with a big smile. We really enjoyed the tour! We received clear and interesting explanations, as well as great recommendations from the lovely Samantha. We truly appreciate their kindness, patience, and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Luogo incredibile: suggestivo, magico, da favola. Imperdibile per chiunque vada in Croazia. Escursione con guida necessaria per vedere i migliori spot di un parco immenso. Noi siamo stati molto fortunati perché la nostra guida Bethsi è stata super professionale, attenta a tutti i partecipanti, gentile, a disposizione per foto e domande, con una elevatissima conoscenza di 4 lingue. Il parco è fornito di servizi (toilette) e bar/ristoranti, ma soprattutto per chi ha esigenze particolari (intolleranze glutine, lattosio) non ci sono opzioni. Ci porteremo nel cuore questa esperienza per sempre.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the Pitlovce lakes. We were lucky to walk with a mild 22 degrees, a little sun and no rain. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and the walking speed was fine for the group, though we could have gone faster. Having a guide was worth it to see the best spots. The only point for improvement is leaving on time. This was due to other members of the group and not the guide.

Wycieczka była bardzo udana, malownicze tereny, szum wodospadów i przejrzysta woda sprawiły, że te 3,5h minęły bardzo szybko. Przewodnik Christian był bardzo pomocny, dużo opowiadał o parku i chętnie odpowiadał na wszelkie pytania. Jako, że wybraliśmy koniec sezonu i park nałożył limity odwiedzających nie było aż takiego tłoku. Polecam wszystkim lubiącym spacery wsrod natury.
