Kupno biletów internetowych było łatwe i w przystępnej cenie, chociaż uważam że lepiej byłoby bez konieczności ściągania dwóch aplikacji do wejścia na jedną atrakcję. Najwygodniej byłoby gdyby bilet działał przez QR kod w mailu, a audioguide też przez skanowanie QR kodów w salach (momentami nie było jasne którego słuchać). Dodatkowo, nigdzie nie pojawiła się informacja o konieczności aktywacji i odbioru papierowego biletu w punkcie, znajdującym się poza obiektem.

Entry was with troubles. Tickets bought via the Internet not directly from Pinacoteca was firstly refused. After manager came, girl in reception finally found my name and payment in list of visitors and we could entry to the gallery. Sometimes employee lazyness troubles final impression. Gallery itself is wonderfull and all impression of maximal possible level.

Mi piace andare ogni tanto a Milano, soprattutto per seguire proposte culturali e artistiche. Ieri, in compagnia di due amiche, mi sono recata alla Pinacoteca di Brera, raggiunta a piedi dalla Stazione Centrale. All'entrata ho mostrato il numero di codice che avevo ricevuto via e-mail. Ero un po' titubante per la prima volta non avevo i biglietti, ma solo un numero e le amiche contavano su di me. E`andato tutto bene. In pochi minuti ci siamo trovate immerse nei meravigliosi dipinti di grandi artisti del passato e abbiamo potuto anche ammirare gli splendidi abiti di Giorgio Armani esposti in alcune sale. Un'esperienza arricchente!

This was an excellent combo ticket. Offering us the flexibility to do both the same day or over two days. We chose two days so that we didn't rush around. Would fully recommend.
