Picasso Museum Barcelona Skip-the-Line Guided Tour

The tour guide was fun and very knowledgeable. We had a great time learning about Picasso. We saw his first realistic paintings and then progressed to the cubism paintings. We liked hearing about his relationship with his father.

Silvia is super knowledgeable. She made sure everyone could get a chance to see the paintings and we were never rushed. The museum had great collection. Highly recommende this place if you travel to Barcelona

Excellent collection, spanning the artist's entire career. Particularly strong on his very early work leading up to his better known Pink and Blue periods.

We had a very informative and enjoyable tour of the Picasso Museum, especially the opportunity to learn about Picasso’s early years and the influences that shaped his work. The artwork is amazing, and the museum does an excellent job explaining the creative influences behind his development as an artist. One area that I felt was missing was a significant 30–40 year period of Picasso’s life. I understand how difficult it would be to represent every phase of such a long and prolific career, but I think the museum could make a greater effort to provide some context for that period, even if original works are not available. The museum itself is housed in a beautiful and creative space, and the location is truly magical. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about both Picasso and the Barcelona region, which added a great deal to the experience. Overall, it was a fascinating visit and a wonderful way to learn more about one of the most influential artists of the 20th century.
