I booked the Petronas Towers, along with a meal at the KL Tower. Now my fault, but I thought I was booking a meal at the Petronas Towers, so I booked 45' slot at 17:00 at Petronas Towers, and 18:00 for dinner, which was at KL Towers. There is not enough time to get to the second venue, so I thought the system would pick this up. I tried to change my dining time to a later slot, spent an hour conversing with AI, to be told this is not possible. We got to the KL Towers over an hour late, but there was no rush as they just let us have our dinner in our own time, and was a very enjoyable experience which I would highly recommend, it was just very stressful getting there.

We used the hop on hop of tourist bus to view the towers during the day and had pre-booked entry into the Towers a week ahead of our travel date. We return in the evening to go up to the towers and found this to be a spectacular experience. I did return a second time in the evening for some photo shoots from the water fountain area. It was an amazing experience.

Enjoyed the Petronas Twin Towers visit experience. The views were wonderful. The conduct by the Petronas staff was friendly and professional. Overall a good experience. Worth the time and money!

Le premier autobus de la ligne rouge nous étions bien, nous avions du wifi et très belle vue. À la fin du trajet on a eu un transfert rapide pour l'autobus de la ligne verte. Mais là, aucun wifi, le haut parleur de la section ouverte au deuxième niveau ne fonctionnait pas, celui de la section fermée ne fonctionnait vraiment pas bien et on ne comprenait pas les commentaires. Nous sommes alors retourné dans l'aire ouverte sans les commentaires. Donc 5 étoiles pour la ligne rouge et 0 étoiles pour le bus de la section verte. Total 4 étoiles car le trajet est bien pour les 2 trajets.

Réservation facile, billets reçus en temps et en heure. Néanmoins, il ne m'a pas été proposé de billets "senior" alors que le prestataire applique ce tarif,ce qui nous aurait fait économiser de l'argent.
