Le premier autobus de la ligne rouge nous étions bien, nous avions du wifi et très belle vue. À la fin du trajet on a eu un transfert rapide pour l'autobus de la ligne verte. Mais là, aucun wifi, le haut parleur de la section ouverte au deuxième niveau ne fonctionnait pas, celui de la section fermée ne fonctionnait vraiment pas bien et on ne comprenait pas les commentaires. Nous sommes alors retourné dans l'aire ouverte sans les commentaires. Donc 5 étoiles pour la ligne rouge et 0 étoiles pour le bus de la section verte. Total 4 étoiles car le trajet est bien pour les 2 trajets.

My daughter and I took the tour. It was nice going around our hometown KL and viewing our city atop a bus. The routes were great, and loved the detailed commentary. 😊👍🏻. Hope we can take the night tour sometime- as it's always booked! Suggestion if the top of the bus can have retractable canopy when it rains, or can provide raincoats when it rains as cover. Also I think if you do special tours in Mandarin, Bahasa or Arabic....you will do great with foreign visitors taking the tour.

Several interesting stops on the red and green routes. Something for everyone. We particularly enjoyed Chinatown and the temple, merdeka square and the national palace. Plenty of shopping opportunities if shopping is your thing! Some of the buses played loud annoying music between the AI tour guides which was disappointing.

Great to be shown the places of interest and the hop on hop off plan. You ciuld improve the quality of the commentary by ensuring neutral accents used, and positioning another speaker at rear upstairs. Maybe the app could use GPS technology to advise bus arrival times.
