What to bring

• Bring a valid physical photo ID for activating the gift card in the village.

• Bring your booking confirmation (digital or printed) for verification.

What’s not allowed

• Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other Gift Cards.

• La Vallée Village is wheelchair accessible, with accessible pathways and facilities available throughout the premises.

Additional information

• The personalised shopping service is available without purchase conditions and can be enjoyed alone or with others. It is a complimentary service.

• It is recommended to book the personalised shopping service at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

• Village opening hours are 10am to 8pm; please plan your visit accordingly.

• When you arrive at the Village, present your confirmation at Concierge Services to collect your €50 gift card.

• Here’s a map showing the location of the Concierge Services desk.

• Your €50 gift card must be collected in person from the Concierge Services desk at La Vallée Village.

• The gift card can be used at a curated selection of 110 French and international designer boutiques at La Vallée Village, an open-air luxury shopping destination located about 40 minutes from Paris, offering fashion, accessories, and lifestyle brands.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
• Please check your final voucher for the starting point details & specific instructions.
