These tickets were very easy to use. We got the the Louvre about 25 minutes early and were through the doors by 9:05am. If you are going for the Mona Lias though, I'd recommend getting there a bit earlier for the line as people literally ran to see her and get photos. The Louvre was great - just very difficult to navigate (even with holding a map in my hand and having a digital one on my phone). We spent about 3 hours here walking around, but it's definietly a whole day adventure, we just had other places to be. Museum fatigue is defineitly a struggle here, the food is quite expensive, and there's not a lot of places to sit, but we enjoyed our time nonetheless.

Lorsque j'ai réservé j'avais pas très confiance puisque les créneau réservé sur site officiel de musée n'était plus disponible. En plus comme c'était ma premier expérience de reservation je ne savais pas comment cela fonctionnait. Mais j'ai été guidé de bout en bout ! À la fin je n'arrivais pas a télécharger les billet en PDF depuis l'application un simple Chat et je les ai reçu par mail en 10 secondes. Excellent service , qualité et prix Et les billets était vrais je me suis régalé , je vous recommande les yeux fermés

This was the first time at the Louvre in Paris. Our guide, Ivan, was terrific. His love of all things French, archeology, and especially his love for the Louvre was amazing. The insight he gave us regarding paintings, stories behind the art objects was outstanding. We were sorry our tour was only 2 hours, but that was because of our timeline. I am sure he would have spent more time with us. A wonderful experience and if we get a chance to return, we will ask for him again. C

Visiting the Louvre is much more than just a simple museum tour – it is a true journey through the history of humanity. From the very moment you step under the iconic glass pyramid, you are filled with a sense of awe and admiration, and what awaits inside exceeds all expectations. The Louvre is vast, yet exceptionally well organized. Each gallery tells its own story – from Ancient Egypt, through Ancient Greece and Rome, to the masterpieces of European art. Seeing the Mona Lisa in person is a special experience, but what impressed me the most is that even the works that are not world-famous leave a strong impact and invite deep reflection. The atmosphere inside the museum is truly unique – a perfect blend of past and present, a respectful silence mixed with the excitement of visitors from all over the world who share the same love for art. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the information is clearly presented, making navigation much easier. A tip for future visitors: take your time, arrive early, and don’t try to see everything in one day. The Louvre is not a place to be rushed through, but to be experienced. It is not a museum you visit only once in a lifetime — it is one you always want to return to. A warm recommendation for anyone visiting Paris. The Louvre is not only a symbol of French culture, but one of the most important treasures of world art heritage.

An excellent experience overall! The timed-entry tickets made the visit to the Louvre smooth and stress-free, allowing us to avoid long queues. Everything was well organized, and entering the museum was quick and easy. The Louvre itself is absolutely breathtaking, with incredible artworks and a beautiful atmosphere. A truly memorable visit that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris.

Me pareció increíble la visita pero lo mejor fue la disponibilidad y organización de esta app para hacer la reserva y concretar la operación en tiempo récord! De passage à Paris, j'ai pus visité le musée du Louvre avec Headout et avec un tarif raisonnable car le site du Louvre n'avait plus de billets en vente. Sans eux je serai reparti chez moi sans le visiter. Merci infiniment Headout 👌🏼. De plus la réservation a été très rapide.

Tickets may also be purchased through official channels, with reserved time slots starting at €22 (subject to availability). All tickets are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be modified, refunded, or resold.

Timed-entry tickets let you choose a convenient slot and skip the ticket counter. Do note that mandatory security checks may take 15–30 minutes or longer.

During peak season, boarding may involve some waiting time.

River cruise tickets are valid for use anytime on the selected date and remain valid for up to 6 months from purchase, depending on the expiry date shown on the final ticket.

Cruises depart every 30 minutes or hourly, depending on the time of day, with final departures at 10:30pm or 11pm. Please refer here for the cruise timings.

If your ticket includes an audio guide, be sure to download and activate it in advance, as WiFi and mobile reception at the meeting point are limited. The last audio guide rental is available at 4pm.

From October 9 to early November, audioguides will be available in only three languages: French, English, and Spanish.

Entry is free for children under 18 and EU citizens under 25. Free tickets must still be collected on-site or through the official website, even if the option doesn’t appear during checkout.
